Search Terms
When you type a name, county, state, or other search detail into a third-party search box, that query is sent to the outside provider that operates the tool. Clermont County Inmate Population does not keep a separate search-term log on its own systems.
Messages
If you send an email or contact message, the information in that message may be retained long enough to review and respond. We do not share those messages outside our organization unless a legal requirement, subpoena, court order, or similar duty requires it.
